1. Eligibility
Our courses are open to students worldwide.
In-class courses are available only at our Manchester campus.
Online courses are available globally, subject to local internet regulations.

2. Enrollment & Admissions
To register, students must complete the online application form accurately.
Admission to in-class courses requires confirmation from our administration team.
Enrolling in an online course grants access to course materials and sessions for the specified duration.
We reserve the right to accept, defer, or reject applications at our discretion.
3. Payments & Refunds
All fees must be paid in full (or as agreed) before the start of the course.
In-class course fees are non-refundable after the course has begun, except in exceptional cases (at the discretion of the college).
Online course fees are non-refundable once course access has been granted.
Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days.
4. Course Materials & Intellectual Property
All course content, including but not limited to videos, slides, handouts, and recordings, remain the property of Alfurqan College.
Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use course materials for their own study.
Sharing, reproducing, selling, or distributing course content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Student Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves with respect, Islamic manners, and professionalism in both online and in-class environments.
Disruptive, abusive, or unethical behavior may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.
Academic dishonesty (e.g., plagiarism, misuse of course material) is strictly prohibited.
6. Privacy & Communication
By enrolling, you consent to receive communication from Alfurqan College regarding your course, updates, and administration.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will not share your personal details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
7. Technical Requirements (for Online Courses)
Students are responsible for ensuring they have stable internet access, a suitable device, and any required software to participate in online courses.
Alfurqan College is not responsible for technical issues outside its control (e.g., internet outages, hardware malfunctions).
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality education, Alfurqan College does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation in our courses.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use of our website, online platform, or course participation.
